Modelling with Finflo

You can use either interactive modelling or background modelling. It is recommended that interactive modelling is used only in the beginning of your modelling case if you want to see if the modelling starts as wanted. Background modelling is usually preferred since you can close your computer during the modelling and save your computer and electricity.

To start modelling interactive you have to write following line for an input file case1.INP

./finflo case1.INP

and to model at background you should write the following line

nohup ./finflo case1.INP >ajo1.log

where iteration details such as iteration cycle and delta rho max are stored in a file ajo1.log (you can use other names for the file as well).
